紐約的巷口咖啡 Joe the art of coffee
Joe, 我們都是這樣叫這家咖啡廳的，雖然店名是 Joe the art of coffee 。剛開始，我們都以為老闆的名字叫 Joe，後來才發現不是，而是叫做 Jonathan。２年前，曾經在一個活動中，聽到他親身說自己創業的故事，很有啟發，也佩服他想要帶給大家一杯好咖啡的熱情。
2003年，紐約市並沒有這種獨立、講究好咖啡的咖啡廳。現在已有不少（之前介紹過 Cafe Grumpy ）。要喝咖啡，選擇只有星巴克和 Dunkin Donuts ，或是一般的雜貨店 ( Deli Shop )。 Jonathan 一心想開一家是以 ”好咖啡” 聞名的小店，其他的，例如裝潢，都是其次重要。經過６年，Joe 的咖啡依然是很讚，每一次喝都沒有失望過，如果不是在家裡喝咖啡，是要從口袋裡掏錢出來買咖啡喝的話，Joe 是會讓我們心甘情願其中之一家。
現在，Joe 已經有５家店，每一家都不大，但都有一種 neighborhood coffee shop 你家巷口咖啡的感覺（中央車站裡的那家沒有座位，只賣外帶，除外），是紐約值得喝的好咖啡。

You should try the Stumptown Coffee in the new Ace Hotel near my office. It's on 29th St at Broadway.

How are you doing? Thanks for the recommendation, I heard the place is nice and the coffee is excellent! Going to try it soon.
Just had cold brew coffee from Stumptown Coffee today, not as good as I hope it to be... same goes for the espresso shots I had there before.
