↑ 先將青椒洗乾淨。

↑ 從邊邊切,不是從中間切喔。

↑ 像轉圈圈一樣,左手轉青椒,右手拿菜刀切。最後剩下中間的部份。看,籽掉出來的不多。

↑ 當然一點都不能浪費,屁股的部份也要切來用。

↑ 用刀尖的地方將白白的部分削掉。

↑ 再來把頭尾切齊。 現在要切絲、切丁(大或小)都比較方便容易了。至於頭尾的部份要不要用就看你了。
