★吃喝隨想_早餐新選擇
酸種麵包+炒蛋(2個全蛋+2個蛋白+1大匙鮮奶油)+酪梨+海鹽+巴沙米可黑醋
Sourdough bread, toasted.
Scramble egg (2 eggs + 2 egg whites + 1 Tablespoon of heavy cream)
Avocado
Malden Salt
Balsamic Vinegar
其實酪梨是很健康的食材,含有豐富的不飽和脂肪,能降低膽固醇,防止冠狀動脈硬化,有機會可以多吃。
