Thursday 10:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m. (Open until 8:45 p.m. on the first Thursday of each month and every Thursday in July and August)

Saturday 10:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m.

Admission is free for all visitors during Target Free Friday Nights, held every Friday evening from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. 星期五下午４點到８點可以免費入場參觀。但是根據網站上說， 可以索取的 Tim Burton 的入場券不多，所以建議要早一點去排隊，也許會有機會。
