上個週末跟
朋友去吃了早午餐,
The Butterfly,是美國米其林名廚
Michael White 和一位在紐約小有名氣的調酒師
Eben Freeman 一起聯手開的,brunch + cocktail 的主意蠻新的,有特色我喜歡!

餐廳裡面座位不是很多,就是照片上看到的這樣。不過我們很幸運的坐到靠近入口,有陽光的位子。吃早午餐就是要有陽光陪伴。 |

中間那杯是 HighBall,是 Rye Whisky with smoked coke,有煙燻味的可樂,如果喜歡煙燻味的人我推薦試試看。 |

PS. 小提醒:這家早午餐是不能訂位的,我們 3 個人是星期六,12:30 到的,沒有等,不過後來人陸陸續續進來,餐廳是坐滿的。
