之前書上寫的烹飪課已經沒有舉行了,現在改叫做 Test Kitchen,目前並沒有開放給公眾參觀或是使用。
Bouley Bakery/Café & Market 現在只有一層樓,門一進去的左手邊是賣咖啡、麵包和甜點的地方,也有賣秤重的沙拉和熱食。同時也有賣肉類和海鮮等食材。右手邊則是座位區,你也可以坐在這個區域享受由名廚為你準備的平日美食。
↑ 甜點看起來還是一樣漂亮,特別是那個 Ispahan,玫瑰覆盆子麥卡龍。
↑ 麵包種類一樣蠻多的,當時有幾個人要買,看來生意還是不錯。
↑ 新鮮剛出爐的巧克力可頌喔,好誘人!
↑ 熱食區的 Macaroni and Cheese 看起來也不錯,尤其是最上面的那層焦酥的起司。我最愛!
↑ 這些海鮮和肉類食材都是精挑細選過的,品質看起來都很高檔。
↓ 走過對街,原本2層樓的白色建築,也就是 130 West Broadway,現在變成像小酒館的餐廳,輕鬆有格調,叫做 Bouley Upstairs,週末有早午餐,平日有午餐和晚餐。價位不低,但氣氛感覺很不錯。

Just wondering why Bouley Bakery 's ispahan look and taste like Pierre Hermes's creation also called "ispahan"?

Bouley's Ispahan do look like Pierre Hermes' , but I did not have them before, so not sure. But in general, Bouley's pastry is not bad, maybe you can give them and try and let us know how do you think??

I am a big fan of PH's desserts.When I travel to Tokyo,I just keep buying his dessert.I happened to know Bouley also have ispanhan form your blog,so I went to try it.
They taste very similar,the only difference will be the Macaron skin is thicker form Bouley compare to PH's.
